The download version is okay,but having trouble sync my down load tree with the public version I have.
emailed your firm as the issue was the file was not a .ged file and I asked to look at the FAQ page and see it that helped.
As I can,t export or import at this point I am looking at alternatives.
What I have on the Basis Download Version is not the same as what I have done on the public tree.
I will use the Download Version that I have until I can find a way to Import and Export Files the way I Want.
