I can only comment on the Rootsmagic software that they sell. I have found this to be the easiest and best fh tree software available. S&N price it competitively and are amazing if I need to follow up. They have when on 2 occasions needed their help checked my details given me the relevant links and its never taken more than 5 mins. If all companies had this ethos we would never have a complaint
