Overall I am pleased but having purchased from S&N over quite a few years I realised you are going the same way as most by making life more difficult if someone chooses to phone rather than purchase online. It took a few attempts to get an answer. This had not been the case in the past. My purchase was to replace a previous purchase that was no longer functioning. The service I was given after contact was very efficient.
