I have used you before and were fully satisfied then. The software download process for the packages purchased on this occasion is easy and straight forward, so full marks for that. As for the sofware, Roots magic looks like its still in the developement phase and doesn't even have an exit button, you have to close the window to leave the package. I'm sure its a good package but it requires study to get the full use of it. I have since purchased Tree view version 2. much more straightforward to use and load gedcom etc, also allows you to display all generations rather than just 5 or 6 as does FTM. I have come from the Family Tree Maker 2006 package, its a shame it isn't still available. Thats my opinion hope its useful, if I could I would want a refund for Roots Magic....
