Previous orders in recent years have always been dealt with promptly and product quality has been excellent. Unfortunately , as my correspondence with your Sales people records, my
latest order seems to be lost in the post. These things happen, but having to wait until 8th. February to have the order reinstated seems excessive and is not a policy likely to keep any customer happy.
