“I have used your Genealogy company for more years than I care to remember! I have always found products bought through you to be excellent and will continue to use you as a supplier when ever I need to purchase a product which helps me with my research. I do have one question - I use RootsWeb and am wondering whether I need to update the product which I first purchased through you certainly over 30 years ago! I have had a couple of updates, but am thinking may be I need to purchase a more up to date version. I use this for my personal use anything else is done through on- line web sites eg Ancestry, Findmypast etc. Could you please advise. Thank you.”
