I've only dealt with S&N on a couple of occasions, having learned of their existence via a Family History Show up in York but have been more than satisfied with their products, prices and service. I belong to Alde Valley Family History Group (amongst others) who meet regularly in Saxmundham. One Member offers her genealogical expertise free in the local Library once a month and she recommends S&N for genealogical supplies.
