“My first purchase with S&N took time to decide since it was to be sent from overseas! I decided to purchase since their prices and reviews were so much better than other sites. I purchased and put aside my idea for completely my friends genealogy report until the folders arrived. I thought it would be left for some time but to my delight they turned up so quickly!! I now have a long list of items I want to buy as soon as I can afford to. Thank you so much for your service and products!! Aussie Karen”

“They normally send orders out quickly, and they are always carefully packed for safety on the way. Nowadays I tend to buy downloadable update for programmes I've been using for years, and these are available immediately. The latest order took a little longer than usual, but then there was a discount on at the time, so they may have been busier than normal - but it was still here in less than a week, despite the extended winter we've been having.”
