“I've only dealt with S&N on a couple of occasions, having learned of their existence via a Family History Show up in York but have been more than satisfied with their products, prices and service. I belong to Alde Valley Family History Group (amongst others) who meet regularly in Saxmundham. One Member offers her genealogical expertise free in the local Library once a month and she recommends S&N for genealogical supplies.”

“Fionia , was very helpful in advising in advising me which software would be suitable to buy . I was struggling with Family Historian she arrange for a free 30 day use of Treeview which was far more easier to use . I received quick responses to my email . One suggestion you should offer your software on a usb flash drive rather than on a CD , most new laptops do not have a CD drive. i was only able to use your basic software”
