“Very good. Lovely lady that I spoke to, Fiona. Very helpful, more than she needed to be. Sadly, she couldn't help me with a purchase that I made from Ebay, and wished to return, as it had to be done via Ebay. They are impossible to deal with. A stark contrast! Also, the item came the very next day, which was exactly what I wanted, and well packaged too. Perfect.”

“The fee was taken correctly It downloaded correctly It installed correctly. As the authorised reseller I think your system did a very good job. The product tho? Incredibly poor. The user interface is dreadful...appropriate to the late 90's early 00's. The functionality...clunky. There must be better alternatives. I will do my own diligence. I hope this is useful to you”

“I have been using Roots Magic since v7, I chose it initially as it was the only one that allowed me to write my own queries. I was (before retirement) a database administrator and needed to be able to use the tools I know should be available. Not for everyone although the query builder is easy to use without instruction.”

“I have been using Roots Magic (originally 8) for many years, I first purchased it from S & N Geneology, and have upgraded to 10 now to 11. S & N Geneology have been excellent, immediate download, given the Key and up and running in minutes. I havn't had chance to really use all the new facilities in 11 but it looks good.”
