“Easy to download and install. I have used RM for years and appreciate the recent improvements, including the ability to install a read only version onto a memory stick to share with distant family. The Companion Guide is worth its weight in gold - keep publishing it please!”

“I needed to repair a very old family tree scroll. The document repair kit worked perfectly. The tape sticks well but can easily be removed unlike sellotape. It was delivered very quickly too. Thank you.”

“Excellent assistance from two employees in particular. Becky in Sales, arranged a refund on my original purchase 16.01.2026, this was on my Chromebook and not being tech savv I did not realise this was not possible. Promised refund received.
