“I'm a happy customer. I initially discussed the purchase of this dowloaded product at the family history show and then made my purchase online from home. The S&N IT worked really well in terms of the purchase and the product downloaded sucessfully, my password and user key came through immediately. On initial use I had a login verification issue and the cutomer service contact at S&N responded siftly to help fix my problem. Thank you!”
