Disappointed that S&N no longer supports RM version 6, apart from telling me to look on the internet I received no help with V9, so not very pleased with you Company.

The download version is okay,but having trouble sync my down load tree with the public version I have. emailed your firm as the issue was the file was not a .ged file and I asked to look at the FAQ page and see it that helped. As I can,t export or import at this point I am looking at alternatives. What I have on the Basis Download Version is not the same as what I have done on the public tree. I will use the Download Version that I have until I can find a way to Import and Export Files the way I Want. Thank You

I have used version 7 for many years and it's excellent. However, I have bought version 9 and it will not load. Apparently I am not qualified to use it (according to OneDrive). Your tech department have tried to help, but so far it has all been too technical for me, and I have not been able to use it.

I bought two springback binders they're very nice bit one had a little rip in the cover I had to glue it.

It was very difficult to make a purchase from you, i could not order by phone as you don’t take cards, and when i tried to order on line i had to try over two days as its very difficult to make a payment. If i could have gone to another company to buy the same item i would have done.

Dear Frederick, I'm sorry to hear you were having problems. Due to an update in Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) card providers are now providing more security for cardholders and purchases where the cardholder is not present. Part of this requirement is the forcing of "3D Secure" (3DS) authentication. To ensure we meet the highest level of security for our customers, our payment provider no longer allows transactions where card details are taken over the telephone. We can accept cheque or postal orders sent to us in the post, we are also able to send a PayPal invoice via email if you encounter any problems with paying online. I have tried for 3 days to place a on line order using vouchers. Every time i tried it would NOT subtract the vouchers off the total payment. I rang as it said too but got told that there was nothing they could do and can NOT take orders over the phone. So please only order on line if you are Not using vouchers.

I already had the 1861, 1871 and 1891 London Census CD sets and have copied all of the CD's to a Hard Disk and use the Database Search software to locate the returns I am looking for. However the 1841, 1851 and 1901 sets I have just purchased do not have the Database Search software, so I am not so happy with these sets. However they are useful for walking through the streets.

binder sent was fine nice quality. problem is that i ordered a blank binder without the writing on the cover. binder fine, picking not up to sratch

After almost 2 months I finally received my magazine order. for which I am grateful. however I ordered issues 8&9 of discover your ancestors print edition. when they arrived there were 3 not 2 I thought wow they gave ne an extra issue because of the delay but no it was 2 issues of issue 8 and 1 of issue 9. pity it wasn't issue 7 John Bretton Louisiana ,US. Items received promptly but envelope used was a "do not bend" one ....obviously Post Office see this as a challenge and the wholeside if the envelopewas torn....envelope was put into a plastic bag and labelled with an apology...consequently my items a tad wrinkled ...its not the end of the world but I would bear in mind in future you're not necessarily using good quality envelopes !!

Sorry to say that so far I'm not impressed. The tree presentation is good and easy to edit. On opening RM, it wants to update. Click the update and it says RM should not be running. Try to close RM, I can't because update is blocking closure. This must be a NERD problem to sort out.

I have only just started using the Family Tree program. It was easy enough to load and I was able to pick up a GED file which had been created on an earlier program which no longer worked after the switch from Windows XP. Adding photos seems inflexible. I just tried one and it ended upside down on the site. There was no way to turn it through 180 degrees. I was surprised to be asked for another £14 for an upgrade having just bought the program. So I will need to spend a good deal of time getting the tree updated. Initially, it seems to too user friendly.

Product was available and correctly described. It arrived in good condition and well packaged. If a process can be developed that alerts to shipment of the goods and when it is likely to be delivered the review would have been better,
