“This is such a great company. Always helpful and friendly and they give excellent customer support. “I needed to change my discontinued Family Tree Maker version 11 and chose RootsMagic10. I am pleased to say that it uploaded all my data direct from FTM very easily. I am totally pleased with the program although I must admit I prefer the standard layout of FTM which shows husband and wife and their children on the same page.”

“Straight forward purchase and download, software installed and up and running in minutes. Would have been 5 stars, but limited payment options. No option to pay by paypal, otherwise would have bought more items. Paypal is my prefered payment option along with 90% of all online shoppers.”

“I was rather late ordering the batteries for my essential handheld magnifier from S&N. I waited for an Asda delivery the other week and the batteries arrived but I didn’t open them right away. Imagine my disappointment when I found they were too big for the job. - size D batteries instead of the size I thought I had ordered.So today I am contacting Asda in Leeds to find a solution to this sorry tale.Wish me luck!!!
