“Following a link for the Roots Magic 10 upgrade was swift and direct. Getting to the 'Check out' was very slow, the server was presumably being overloaded with others trying to do the same actions as me. However once finally sorted downloading and installing was very easy. S&N are still giving excellent service.”

“I upgraded from RootsMagic Version 8 to version 9. Within a week RootsMagic sent out a invitation to upgrade to version 10 ! I feel you should have informed me of this new upgrade giving me the option of waiting, instead of asking me for a further subscription.”
