“Dear David Bailey, I have dealt with your company before and found your staff to be be very helpful and friendly when I have raised questions regarding Ancestry. Some years ago I also visited your company and was very impressed with what I saw of your organisation. I would, therefore,have no hesitation in recommending your company. With regard to Version 7 upgrade, I have not yet had time to use it, but have no reason to doubt that it will be as good as previous updates and the basic program. It is well written and I find the books on the programmes and updates very helpful too. Regards, Brian Pullin”
