“I had one or two issues with password etc on my computer. SN help get my ne password sorted out and sent me the purchased link for RM11 immediately. They also offered to help should I have any problems .”

“Very happy with the process of purhasing Rootsmagic but not overly impressed with Rootsmagic 11 ... most of the changes appear cosmetic and the application still contains many of the flaws (bugs, which I have previously raised) of the previous version so not sure its worth the cost of the upgrade.”

“I have recently taken over the family tree from my older brother. The tree was on the free version of Roots Magic 8. I bought RM 11. I am delighted with the new programme. In particular thi inbuilt support introducing me to RM 11 and how to use it. This is particularly important to those of us learning new skills in our 80s.”
