“After purchasing my Rootsmagic 11 update I had issues with transfering the data from my old Rootsmagic 9 version. (In addition to this I was changing my computer). I asked for assistance and I was given wriiten help which enabled me to move the data. I truly value the 'human' contact which will always make me suggest people buy from S&N Genealogy and not online! THANK YOU. You are a wonderful team.”

“Only recently purchased Roots Magic 11 and very much still finding my way around it but it seems to have everything and more that I am likely to need. So far anytime I have come across something that I think can be improved it has turned out that the shortcut was already there, I just didn't know about it. The online videos sre a big help in that regard.”

“I was having problems downloading an online upgrade for RootsMagic immediately following my discharge from hospital (arguably not a sensible place to start!). I asked S&N for technical support and David Bayley came to my aid. He quickly explained the process and guided me though the upgrade without any fuss. He was absolutely brilliant and I am extremely grateful to him for his patience!”
