“I have used you before and were fully satisfied then. The software download process for the packages purchased on this occasion is easy and straight forward, so full marks for that. As for the sofware, Roots magic looks like its still in the developement phase and doesn't even have an exit button, you have to close the window to leave the package. I'm sure its a good package but it requires study to get the full use of it. I have since purchased Tree view version 2. much more straightforward to use and load gedcom etc, also allows you to display all generations rather than just 5 or 6 as does FTM. I have come from the Family Tree Maker 2006 package, its a shame it isn't still available. Thats my opinion hope its useful, if I could I would want a refund for Roots Magic....”

“I always prefer to do business over the phone or face to face rather than by internet for security reasons. I am therefore very happy that S&N maintain the possibility of ordering products by phone, and that the operators are extremely helpful & knowledgeable. As numerous times, I or my family have ordered products for me. They have always been delivered in good condition and usually well within the time frame outlined. I normally do not respond to questionnaires as my expectations are that businesses have a right to expect their employees to act sensibly & honorably. As a customer I prefer to activate a detailed complaint should that not occur. If companies treat their employees reasonably then most of them will carry out their duties in the same manner. I have never found anything detrimental, only positive about communication with their employees, so I assume they also enjoy working for S&N.”

“I had a large tree in Ancestry - 3000+ people - and I wanted to keep it without paying for Ancestry. I exported the GED file and brought it to RootsMagic 9 and am delighted with it. I recommend this app.”
