“This is the 3rd certificate binder I have purchased from yourselves. I cannot do without them as I have lots of certificates and also write a list for all the families I have discovered. I have also brought one for my sister in law. Whenever I have phoned the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful .”

“I have been using RootsMagic for many years (version2 onwards) and I find it very useful and easy to use. I decided to improve my knowledge of its many features and so ordered the book. Very impressed with the delivery, and very pleased with the content - I have already learned things that I did not know about version7.”

“The items I have purchased from this company have always been of good quality. Postage is very quick. I placed my last order on Sunday evening and received them Tuesday morning. On the one occasion I had cause to ring them the phone was answered very quickly by a very nice and helpful human which makes a pleasant change these days. Now that I am retired and have time to really get stuck in to my research I shall be a return customer.”

“I have been a customer of S&N for over 10yrs and have always had excellent, helpful, friendly, efficient and fast service. The range of available items is extensive and very good quality. The vouchers for free trials of The Genealogist are very useful, and I have been a subscriber several times to the Genealogist website. I would recommend both.”
