“Reasonable price and a good service.”

“Good prices and fast delivery of quality products over a very large range of product types. The Roots 7 software is an excellent replacement for Family Tree Maker from Ancestry, with it's link to The Church of Latter Day Saints Genealogy site being very useful. Will be even better when the synchronisation with Ancestry becomes available later this year. S&N is a website to keep a close eye on for bargains and useful materials while researching your Family Tree. Bill Rodgers.”

“The simple answer would be because it gave me an answer to a pressing problem. I am an iMac user who was using Family Tree Maker 3 and Ancestry. I was very unhappy with their decision to move to a wholly cloud based solution and withdraw support for desk top software at very short notice. As they steadfastly refused to accommodate the thousands of us that complained I felt duped, unvalued and foolish for trusting them. I put considerable effort into looking for at replacement options, which had to be desktop based software and files, finally I decided on the combination of Reunion 11 and The Genealogist. To date I have found it a very good combination and as I become more experienced will probably appreciate it more. So my satisfaction is increasing with use.”

“I purchased a folder suitable for storing my family tree BMD certificates and another to file an A4 copy of key details of my ancestors (in addition to my electronic records). I am delighted with the quality of both and the purchasing was stress free. Great service!”
