“It was easy to order the item on line and it arrived promptly with no complaints at all. Sadly this software is part of a long ongoing saga! I brought the original TreeView software which I downloaded and started using. I brought the update, downloaded it and started using it. My computer needed a bigger hard drive so I downloaded both again but they wouldn't run. I emailed your help team and they gave me lots of suggestions which I tried and i eventually gave up as so much time had been wasted and so I ordered the TreeView C.D and have had exactly the same problems with it. You help team have once again liaised with me but we've run out of ideas :-(”

“I have the A4 spring back binder and the long certificate binder and they are really good quality binders and were delivered quickly. They also sent a free family history guide. S&N Genealogy are a very good company to deal with as they are a family business and give excellent customer service.”

“I usually obtain my genealogy information primarily from S&N as there is always a wealth of information available. It is good to know that items can still be purchased over the phone as I refuse to do online purchasing. The service I and my family have received from S&N cannot be bettered. Friendly, Helpful & Delivery so quick you have to be commended. These items were bought for my birthday so I have not yet had time to look at them but I know that my expectations from the material will be spot on.”
