“Always get great service from S&N, most things arrive the next day. Excellent products. Can I suggest that you incorporate a envelope type plastic holder on the front of the certificate binders? This way the owner could have a list of the family surnames included in the binder, on the front. This would really help to identify which folder you need to look at, when trying to find a certificate. I have tried using different color biders, but I can't remember which family is in which.”

“Thank you for this opportunity to reply. The family tree ..Treeview.., I am busy entering names to my tree, the box where I enter details does not show , as in your example booklet, what has to be entered, difficult at times....the four months free access, I have not, repeat not been able to use, every time I go, log in, then search, the system asks for a password again and then refuses or does not reply...very poor, all I want, after logging in, is to use and no further passwords.”

“binder sent was fine nice quality. problem is that i ordered a blank binder without the writing on the cover. binder fine, picking not up to sratch”

“I am not currently researching my family history, but I have subscribed in the past and I have been very pleased with the data which exists. It compares well with Ancestry - the site which appears to be most popular, mostly due to the DNA testing and Who Do You Think You Are? TV programme. With more restrictions due to Covid 19, I am hoping to manage to get back to research soon, and S & N Genealogy will be my choice.”
