“Having ordered a new edition of Roots Magic to replace my old version (which does not work with Windows 10) during the holiday period, I was delighted to receive the product within 24hrs of the resumption of business in the new year. Am now getting to grips with the new edition which has imported my old files without a problem.”

“Excellent service - next day delivery and faultless packaging. Sorry for the delay in sending this review, but the order was a Christmas present. Thank you for the offer of a Lifetime Discount for a Diamond Subscription to The Genealogist, which I took out yesterday.”

“Been researching my family history for a few years but with boxes of documentation lying around decided to 'try' and get it in some sort of order! Now completed 2 orders with them one for software and one for stationary (binders, inserts and dividers) and received all arrived very quickly, excellent quality, well priced and well packaged. Also received a first class email service from Fiona.”

“Very prompt service”

“I had been using Roots Magic for several years in an earlier version, which was on my old computer when the hard disk failed. I enquired by email if the backup would work on version 7 and got a quick and clear response. I, therefore, bought version 7 for my new computer and it has taken up the backup without any problem. My only comment is that I was surprised that I could not download the program. As it happens ,my new computer has a disk reader, but many new computers do not have one.”
