“As always my order came in very good time, service always excellent. These are a present for one of my daughters who takes great pleasure in researching her family history. We buy these discs and books each year for her as they are always extremely informative and well written and help her a great deal. She is always thrilled to receive them. We are awaiting with great anticipation for the 1901 records to become available. Great work S&N well done.!”

“My order of 3 back issues of Ancestor magazine arrived on time and was well packaged. I haven't read them yet as I am saving them for the Xmas break. It always pays to increase your knowledge when researching your family history and by reading about other peoples experiences.”

“I have had many dealings with S&N Genealogy, and go back many yeas when Sarah & Nigel had a stall at family fairs they had a stall at a fair I organised at Worthing High School that I organised over 25 years ago, even in those days the reports from customers was great”

“As always excellent service- order placed and received the following day! The luxury 'Family History' binders are a brilliant idea to keep research in a presentable format. I really like the robust, heavy duty A4 sleeve pockets to store paperwork-more professional than the thin flimsy ones that easily tear. Well Done S and N.”

“I am extremely impressed by the communications and offers of help if needed. The explanations on how to use Roots Magic are also excellent. I have not yet set mine up but feel very confident about doing so knowing that there is so much support should I need it. I also like the selection of other goods that are on offer such as charts. I'm sure this will be a very good and helpful company to deal with. Would highly recommend.”

“I started with Roots Magic Essentials, upgrading to the full Roots Magic 3 programme, later upgrading to Roots Magic 4 and then to RM6. Having recently purchased new equipment I decided to install Roots Magic 7 from new rather than upgrading again. The new CD ordered from S&N Genealogy arrived within 48 hours of placing my order and transferring my files from the old computer (running RM 6) to the new computer was easy. I have found S&N Genealogy very helpful and willing to assist in the past and am happy to recommend the company to other researchers.”
