“Ordered before Christmas and the certificate file arrived within days in a sturdy box. More recently we ordered some extra file inserts at 11.00am and by 10.00am the next day our order was delivered less than 24 hours. Many thanks to both the postal service, and S &N Genealogy for a very speedy and responsive service.”

“no memory and paste of source's so you can copy one source and citation to many facts or events. No tutorials. No Timeline view. Also you can't select which view to open, as it default to pedigree view. I tried to ring but all I got was press one or any other number. I just got fed up and put the phone down. Yours a very unhappy customer. R. Tetley”

“I have quite a lot of detail about my ancestry and have long wanted to formally set out everything. What I desperately wanted was a means that did not require an ongoing subscription or simply at this level. I am thrilled with Roots Magic. It does so much and is fairly intuitive. The S&N Genealogy product and service has been excellent. Input into genealogy is usually done in spurts of enthusiasm and following of leads. I am sure to return to S&N regarding other products in the future.”

“I have used S&N Genealogy in the past and have always found their products and customer service to be the best on the market. I recently ordered Family Tree Maker and some family history folders.
