“The three books are a Christmas present. So I am not allowed to have them yet. The service was good and quick. The parcel was alright but could have been better with more inside packing. The books all look great and im looking forward to using them.”

“Very pleased with the service, from ordering online to receiving my order. Had i thought about it more i would have made sure i was in to receive the parcel. As it was it was waiting at the PO for me to collect, in a large heavy box but a nice lady delivered it to the house for me so i could start using the items.”

“I can only comment on the Rootsmagic software that they sell. I have found this to be the easiest and best fh tree software available. S&N price it competitively and are amazing if I need to follow up. They have when on 2 occasions needed their help checked my details given me the relevant links and its never taken more than 5 mins. If all companies had this ethos we would never have a complaint”
