“I placed an order with S & N on Friday evening and received my order bright and early on Tuesday. It was well packaged and in excellent condition. I have no hesitation in recommending S & N to any and all prospective customers and feel certain you will be pleased with the quality of service you receive.”

“Dealing with the company was excellent. The postal service is another matter. I have received only half my order. The postal service is of no help. At the moment I am in limbo. Waiting for the second part of my order to arrive. Its been 10 days and still waiting. At this time I cannot review the products as I only received the folder, which I stupidly ordered the wrong size. Not having a great experience, but cannot fault S&N for postal issues. I will review the folder only.”

“Just one problem I found- when looking for CD for Durham it was not made clear whether it was for the whole of County Durham or only the city of Durham. As I got it only yesterday I still do not know, Would suggest it be spelled out whether it is County or City of Durham to avoid confusion. Otherwise no problems at all”

“All I can say is amazing. Fiona was so helpful. When I received my order on Thursday 26th July I realised I had ordered the wrong binders. I called and spoke to Fiona who told me to return them and she would arrange a replacement. The red binder was out of stock but a delivery was expected. I explained that I needed the order urgently by Thursday 2nd August at the latest. They arrived today 31st July. Amazing. Thank you.”

“The Certificate Binder, sleeves and card inserts arrived promptly and well packaged. I also placed a similar order about a year ago and was extremely satisfied with that order also. I fully recommend the binders to keep larger documents safely. I do wish that slip cases could also be available to purchase to keep the binders safely.”

“Having used a very old Family Tree Maker software which was more suited for the American market than UK for many years, I decided to take advantage of the brilliant offer from S&N for the Rootsmagic uk software recently on offer. Delivery was incredibly fast well packaged with very clear instructions and easy to load.”

“vERY GOOD COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY SEND OUT MY ORDERS VERY WELL PACKAGED AND I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN 3 DAYS FOR THE ORDER TO ARRIVE,ALLOWING FOR WEEKENDS ETC.”
