“"Very Good" is really not enough - I cannot ever recall having received better, product arrived in less than 24 hours. Only complaint was that I found it less than easy to find the product I wanted to order, which was A4 transparent sleeves: I think the website may have gone wrong, as the first time I ordered these, there was a "picture" of the product showing next to the description but two subsequent orders, it was the wrong picture - right goods arrived next morning, as usual.”

“Works well. With advice from you, managed to transfer all my data & media from Family Tree Maker. Still getting to grips with programme, but this is no failing on your part.”

“Everything for a genealogist to keep their research and documents safe plus books and cd's to continue following your family's journey. My order was dealt with promptly and arrived quickly, beautifully and securely packed. I liked that I got an email saying exactly what time my order would be delivered and by who, a nice touch.”

“Only just started using this software (Family Historian Version 6), as a novice in this field, I have found it easy to use so far, and look forward to exploring it's potential further as time permits. Very happy with this purchase, S& N seem to be a good company.”

“Excellent service, the folder arrived within 24 hours by standard Royal Mail delivery. The folder is perfect for the job, the only problem is that I now need a deeper bookcase!”

“Orders always arrive very quickly. I had 1 minor problem which was responded to immediately & had actually been corrected already. They do not bombard you with emails all the time, so when they do arrive they are worth reading!”
