“S&N Genealogy were really great t deal with. Although half my package got lost and took 2 months to finally arrive. Courtesy of the mail system. One of the folders was bent, so maybe it may be advisable if transporting to Australia maybe a stronger package or more padding would be better. The folders are good quality although I find that they are too big for my needs, so are just sitting here on my desk. Good quality products.”

“The software is exciting and links well with FindMyPast web-site. I had recently purchased again another subscription to this genealogy web-site. When I purchased Family Historian 6.2 I was pleasantly surprised to find the Automatic Data Matching facility which is most helpful. Purchase of Family Historian 6.2 via eBay proved to be a cheaper option and the software was dispatched and arrived less than 24 hours later via Royal Mail Signed For facility - excellent customer service.
