“The web site is easy to use. The information about the different software was helpful in making a choice. The additional offers with the purchase were an incentive to buy from S&N as opposed to another supplier. My order was processed and delivered much quicker than I had expected. Very pleased all round.”

“I was very pleased with the speed that my binder arrived. I was disappointed however that you are discontinuing the leather family history binder. I am doing a family history for somebody who is giving it to her husband for his birthday. I consider that you only do this once and no expense should be spared hence the order for the leather one. Victoria kindly found one in the office which I'm very pleased with.”
