“I made a huge order with S&N Genealogy for archiving photos and when I received it just a few days later, I was exceptionally happy with how my items had been packed/cared for and really happy with the quality of the items bought. I had spoken to two members of staff on different occasions and they were truly helpful and knowledgeable. Some items were a little more expensive than you could get elsewhere but you pay for what you get. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will continue to use them :-)”

“You (and Family Historian 6) were recommended to me by a school friend who has been doing genealogy for years. I’m finding the product very good to use after spending some time “playing around” with sample tree. There are still parts of it I find difficult to manoeuvre around but I’m guessing I’ll figure that out in time.”

“Having resurrected my Family History activities, I needed to update RootsMagic version 2 to version 7 on a Windows 7 PC. Disc was promptly emailed and was loaded without any problems. Excellent service. I have found however that this program does not generate family trees in what I consider to be the traditional way ie. primary person at the top with successive generations vertical and each generation horizontal ie a tree with roots. Reunion for PCs and Generations did so but these are no longer available for PCs.”

“I ordered a "Year of Birth Calculation from Census Date", 1841-1911. It arrived within a few days by Royal mail post and I am extremely happy with it. People didn't always put the right age/date on census forms, but where they did this calendar helps to identify within a year the date that a person was born. Very useful.”

“The Family History research booklet is very useful and, although reminding me of some things I already knew, it has given me many other avenues to investigate. I am still finding my way around the Pigotts Diectory so I am uncertain, at the moment, how useful it will be but I'll keep looking. Your service was excellent and the items arrived in good condition and in good time.”
