“Prompt order acknowledgement and fast delivery. I particularly liked the one hour delivery slot which meant I didn't have to wait in for a delivery. Products were as described and excellent value. My preferred supplier of genealogy products.”

“Product was available and correctly described. It arrived in good condition and well packaged. If a process can be developed that alerts to shipment of the goods and when it is likely to be delivered the review would have been better,”

“Good quality products (in this case an A3 4-ring binder with acid free inserts for storage of archival material) exactly meeting their advertised specification, delivered safely and quickly. I couldn't ask for more. Or could I? Drop the price a little and I'd be happier still ...but no complaints at all with quality or service.”
