“I contacted S&N Genealogy by email for advice because I wanted to upgrade my Family Tree Maker software for a different program. My genealogy files contain many media images so I was worried about losing these when swapping over. A very helpful email came from S& N outlining the pros and cons of different options and after consideration I opted to buy Rootsmagic. Once my order was placed the software arrived quickly. Importing my software into the new program was quick and easy and I did not lose any files or media images thankfully. Overall the buying experience was effortless and S&N provided me with good advice and service (as usual).”

“I should like to add to the review I have just sent the following sentence at the end of my statement; I should like to see S and N produce as an accessory a PACK of self - adhesive labels (50 per pack, size approx. 3" x 2").I've found labels useful to jot short notes on and fixing them to the outside of wallets but many available labels are too small.”

“I have a great deal of Family History information involving my roots in Ireland,USA and in the UK.The material I have is BMD Certificates, photos, taped interviews, oral history notes etc , which were stored in binders and plastic wallets in a haphazard way. I wanted to find a storage system that would allow me to put all the material relevant to particular people in my family tree together AND to be of a quality that would allow me to pass over our Family Tree details to my son in an organised system. He could then keep it, add to it, have some pride in our family roots and pass it on to any children he may have. I searched for suitable storage and found it in the range offered by S&N Genealogy. The binders are robust, the plastic wallets offer the opportunity to store photos,certificates and general information about my ancestors in a variety of ways and the accessories are also useful. I only bought a small quantity of basic materials to try out my approach to storing my material.I expect to need more and will revisit S & N.”

“Managed to recover my gedcom files that I thought I had lost, I can now use this programme to go through and finishe off some of the bits that had been lost through a computer crash, thank good ness I had some backups saved, although not a current backup but enough to give me a good start again.”
