“Disappointed with customer service when emailing you regarding ancestry link not working, all you did was fob me off to someone else, very concerned as i purchased product from you not roots magic, can this be returned for refund as I regret my purchase.”

Dear Mr Stanford, I’m sorry to hear you’re disappointed. We offer as much support as possible for any items purchased from us – as Ancestry is an external site that we have no control of, unfortunately, in this case, we are unable to test this feature of the program in the office and are therefore unable to offer any advice on how to resolve the issue you are experiencing. We forwarded you contact details of the developers of the program, who should be able to resolve this for you. “I purchased Treeview Version 2 from S&N Genealogy having seen their advert for Genealogy Software recently and enquired by phone about its suitability for my requirements. The staff were most helpful and I was extremely please that the software arrived the next day by post. Treeview v2 has performed exceedingly well and impressed relatives with the various charts produced and emailed. The only minor observation at present is that the ability to produce and save or send on PDF copies of charts etc from Treeview V2 is not immediately obvious. Once again an email to S&N Genealogy staff saw the necessary instruction supplied within less than 24 hours. It is a pleasure to deal with S&N Genealogy.”

“Ordering was easy online with easy to follow prompts and the delivery was speedy, even if delivered to wrong address, i will hasten to add no fault of S & N Genealogy, it was a post Office worker who delivered it to the wrong address...(He should have got to that reading glasses company)...but joking aside it was a very good service from S & N as been with everything i have ordered from them in the past...and will continue to use them...
