“I always prefer to do business over the phone or face to face rather than by internet for security reasons. I am therefore very happy that S&N maintain the possibility of ordering products by phone, and that the operators are extremely helpful & knowledgeable. As numerous times, I or my family have ordered products for me. They have always been delivered in good condition and usually well within the time frame outlined. I normally do not respond to questionnaires as my expectations are that businesses have a right to expect their employees to act sensibly & honorably. As a customer I prefer to activate a detailed complaint should that not occur. If companies treat their employees reasonably then most of them will carry out their duties in the same manner. I have never found anything detrimental, only positive about communication with their employees, so I assume they also enjoy working for S&N.”

“I had a large tree in Ancestry - 3000+ people - and I wanted to keep it without paying for Ancestry. I exported the GED file and brought it to RootsMagic 9 and am delighted with it. I recommend this app.”

“I used the tape on some B M and D certificates dating from mid -1800's I was given. Some of them were in a sorry state but I was able to tape them up so that they can read safely”

“Very hard to use or understand. None of the images seem to tie in with an individual. Just difficult to navigate. That said I have not had time to investigate it's worth.”

“Overall I am pleased but having purchased from S&N over quite a few years I realised you are going the same way as most by making life more difficult if someone chooses to phone rather than purchase online. It took a few attempts to get an answer. This had not been the case in the past. My purchase was to replace a previous purchase that was no longer functioning. The service I was given after contact was very efficient.”
