“This book was bought for my daughter, she hasn't received it yet, so I'm not in a position to tell you how good it is But I can tell you how impressed I am with your service and speed of delivery, I really appreciate that in a company plus your follow up. I'm happy and I think my daughter will be too when she eventually sees the book. Thank you.”

“I was happy with the prompt delivery of my Roots Magic Standard, however there was no mention of compatibility with Windows 10, so I had to phone S&N to find out, perhaps a note could have been added to advise of this.”

“The book I had ordered arrived before 9.30AM the following day - well done. So far I have just "dipped in" to "Ancestors in the Attic" but I am already planning ways I can make use of it in helping marry the paper facts I have already with the many objects I have inherited over the years.”

“I placed two separate orders on different dates and both arrived promptly and the items are good quality, I purchased long sleeve acid free last October sleeves and then purchased a long sleeve folder book which had some acid free sleeves, I am happy with the service offered”
