“I do not normally respond to requests for reviews, unless I have had bad service -and then, you WOULD NOT WANT to be at the receiving end! However, I should like to thank you for the prompt dispatch of my order, which has already proved to be very helpful in my historical researches. Thank you also for enclosing the booklet, which I shall pass on to an acquaintance who is researching her family history.”

“I have used S & N for many years and was delighted that my daughter-in-law has recently shown and interest in family history. Having been a Roots Magic user for a long, long time I am delighted to be able to treat her to a copy of Roots Magic to encourage her research. I haver always found all the staff at S & N to be very happy and helpful, it seems like a really good place to work.”
