“Excellent service. Speedy delivery. I am, at long last, getting all my Family Tree photos, documents, certificates etc into archival quality sleeves & folders. Not a cheap hobby (if you have as many certificates etc as I do) but well worth it to ensure that the Tree will be available for future generations of my family to view..”

You website indicated, to me, that the new version was already available so I wasted time and was disappointed that I will have to wait. Surely your webmaster should have seen this and added more detail than just where it will become downloadable ? When will it arrive ?”
