“We have installed the new Family Historian on my new computer (windows 10) but for some reason it won't show my media files. There are blank squares for each media item but no picture. Any ideas please for getting my information back? There was no problem with the transfer of the rest of my data.”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong folder separator cards and a lovely lady called to check my order was correct. She changed my order and all came in good time. Sadly even though the parcel had instructions for the post man they totally ignored them and I had to go to the post office at the weekend. Very frustrating, but not your fault.”
