“Every order I have placed was dispatched and delivered the next day. The quality of the products is excellent and I will not hesitate to buy other items as my family history folders grow. As for the customer service I would rate these people as 100%. I placed an order for an item that did not actually relate to the other products I ordered at the same time. The team noticed this, contacted me straight away, rectified my mistake and all correct items delivered the next day. From no other company during my whole working life have I had this level of service. Excellent. I will recommend S&N Genealogy to anyone. Thank you.”

“S&N are fine, product was delivered in less than twenty four hours. No problems with them but not so delighted about Legacy Nine as there is a lot more I would like to do in book creation that is just not possible, disappointed there is no ALL person book option.”
