“A bit disappointed with this order. Sleeves are not a good fit in the binder. Perhaps an extra 1mm on the sleeve holes would solve the problem. I have not had this problem before (5xA4 and 3xA3 Binders). Otherwise every thing is fine.”

“I was very pleased with the speed that my binder arrived. I was disappointed however that you are discontinuing the leather family history binder. I am doing a family history for somebody who is giving it to her husband for his birthday. I consider that you only do this once and no expense should be spared hence the order for the leather one. Victoria kindly found one in the office which I'm very pleased with.”
