“Ordering was easy. The S&N website was clear and easy to follow. The goods came when they said they would. The order was complete with nothing missing and no damage. The main items of the 'Certificate' and 'Family history' folders were of good quality. All in all, my experience with S&N was a throwback to a past age when customer satisfaction was the norm. Being 'picky', my only critism would be that the goods were a tad, just a tad, on the dear side - but I guess quality never comes cheap!”
