“My ring binder was unexpectedly delivered before Christmas despite the order being placed on 20th December! It wasn’t a time sensitive order but you weren’t to know that and obviously pulled out all the stops. Excellent service, high quality product. I will, I’m sure, be back.”

“I live in NZ & the delivery time was very fast, just over a week. Two copies of the book were accidentally ordered. I spoke to customer service about this and the lady was very helpful & cancelled one copy & refunded my money straight away. My only comment is that the website just before Christmas was a bit slow.”

“The products are vast and I was able to order exactly what I wanted. The service is superb, arrived the following day, very well packed and the items are very well made. I ordered the large certificate binder with pages for my wife, she was over the hill with the quality. I will be putting in another order soon for pages to fit the Family Hstory binder, very many thanks.”
