“The program seems fine but i cannot load it and seem to have a problem with both windows 7 pro and also windows 10 pro both on 64 bit Contacted Family Historian and had brief answer but problem not sorted”

“Previous orders in recent years have always been dealt with promptly and product quality has been excellent. Unfortunately , as my correspondence with your Sales people records, my latest order seems to be lost in the post. These things happen, but having to wait until 8th. February to have the order reinstated seems excessive and is not a policy likely to keep any customer happy.”
