“Very pleased with the service, from ordering online to receiving my order. Had i thought about it more i would have made sure i was in to receive the parcel. As it was it was waiting at the PO for me to collect, in a large heavy box but a nice lady delivered it to the house for me so i could start using the items.”

“I can only comment on the Rootsmagic software that they sell. I have found this to be the easiest and best fh tree software available. S&N price it competitively and are amazing if I need to follow up. They have when on 2 occasions needed their help checked my details given me the relevant links and its never taken more than 5 mins. If all companies had this ethos we would never have a complaint”

“Have used Roots Magic for many years. I am pleased with version 9 apart from one problem. I am struggling to work out how to colour code. I have always only used it to use blue for male and red for female on the direct line of ascendants, and not their other children. As I am in my 80s perhaps I am just not understanding the system. Have used S&N for several things over the years - brilliant company”
