“I placed by order with you from Western Australia, Australia to be delivered to a relative in Lancashire. By doing this it enabled me to save money and postage buying directly from you in the UK. The parcel arrived in the matter of a day or two to my relative. I am on my way to the UK and at the moment am on a cruise, arriving in UK on 29/6 so am looking forward to getting my parcel and on my return home can fill the file etc.”

“How did S&N make me happy? When I purchased a Flip-Pal Scanner. But first, a little story. I have been trying to obtain a Flip-Pal Scanner it seems for years! I first encountered the product on the Legacy Family Tree website where it is still comes advertised with my updates. Some time ago I tried to purchase one but was told export was within USA, or Canada. There was no mention how I, in Ireland, or anyone who resided elsewhere, could obtain one. I could not understand this attitude to sales. I was trying to devise a plan whereby a Canadian or American cousin might take delivery and, in that way, have it sent to me. I am well versed in pursuing on-line products and would have found the link to S&N and Flip-Pal if the Family Tree site did not convey the impression the product was exclusive to them. Scanning is at the core of what I do and life could have been a lot easier and more enjoyable with a Flip-Pal on my lap. Having now 'found' S&N, I must say your customer relations attitude is first class. Best regards, Brian J Slattery (Limerick, Ireland).”
