“I ordered a Flip Pal from S&N on a Sunday evening. My surprise when the postman arrived mid morning Tuesday with it. The device was safely packed within a strong cardboard box. Unfortunately the soft case was out of stock to S&N and obviously not there. However a note was included telling me the expected delivery. Indeed not only did the case come when promised but S&N kept me up to date by email. All is now here, a great device and excellent service. I can certainly recommend both!”
