“The order was delivered very quickly but on arrival the wrong CD had been found to have been put in the case. S & N Genealogy sorted this out with a replacement item very quickly and paid for the return postage.”

“I have bought Family Historian from S&N Genealogy over a number of years, since (subject to correction) Version 2 or 3. The service I have had has been good, I haven't needed to ask for help more than a couple of times over all those years, but when I did, it came quickly and freely. This is a company I would promote above others in a similar industry because of the service aspect. And the prices are pretty good as well! :-)”

“All the products have proved to be first class and their helpfulness is exemplary. On realising that I had ordered one item when two items would have given me a discount I went back to them and the following day the second item was received and I was charged at the discounted price too. This was at one of the busiest times of year and was needed as a present so well done to all the team whom I have dealt with for many years now. “Good prices and fast delivery of quality products over a very large range of product types. The Roots 7 software is an excellent replacement for Family Tree Maker from Ancestry, with it's link to The Church of Latter Day Saints Genealogy site being very useful. Will be even better when the synchronisation with Ancestry becomes available later this year. S&N is a website to keep a close eye on for bargains and useful materials while researching your Family Tree. Bill Rodgers.”
