“This is such a great company. Always helpful and friendly and they give excellent customer support. I've not had any problems with products I've either bought or downloaded but in the past they've been so helpful in advising me what I needed and giving technical support to someone not very computer savvy!! “I needed to change my discontinued Family Tree Maker version 11 and chose RootsMagic10. I am pleased to say that it uploaded all my data direct from FTM very easily. I am totally pleased with the program although I must admit I prefer the standard layout of FTM which shows husband and wife and their children on the same page.”

“Straight forward purchase and download, software installed and up and running in minutes. Would have been 5 stars, but limited payment options. No option to pay by paypal, otherwise would have bought more items. Paypal is my prefered payment option along with 90% of all online shoppers.”

“Birth & baptism records for family historians was sent instead of Death & burial records for family historians. This was later rectified and I was permitted to keep both pamphlets.”
