“The catalogue is well laid out and the items are clearly described. This was most useful when ordering the acid-free wallets as there are so many variations. The Family Record pad I have yet to use, but looks extremely useful for recording initial data”

“I have dealt with S&N for several years which illustrates how happy I am with the service. Always easy to deal with and efficient. “Recommended as I was looking for a Tree tool outside "Ancestry" which I have used for a number of years as I wanted to check for record duplications, addresses, etc. RootsMagic is helping me with this aspect of my family tree work, however, I would love to have a clear set of instructions and examples - FAQs are not fantastic, and examples in YouTube may answer the question but you need to trawl through the whole session!! Otherwise and although it is still early days it seems to be a great product....just would like a little clearer support”
