“Simple and reliable process to either upgarde or acquire new software. I like the fact that licence numbers are held in your profile in case re-installation of software is required.”

“This is such a great company. Always helpful and friendly and they give excellent customer support. I've not had any problems with products I've either bought or downloaded but in the past they've been so helpful in advising me what I needed and giving technical support to someone not very computer savvy!! Thank you S&N!”

“I needed to change my discontinued Family Tree Maker version 11 and chose RootsMagic10. I am pleased to say that it uploaded all my data direct from FTM very easily. I am totally pleased with the program although I must admit I prefer the standard layout of FTM which shows husband and wife and their children on the same page.”
