“Excellent on all accounts so far. Very prompt delivery as planned (the fact that I'd ordered a product less suited to my needs than I anticipated is my fault but I'm returning in the original packing etc as requested within the very helpful 14 day "no quibble" period, so fully anticipate a replacement alternative product being provided).
