“I usually obtain my genealogy information primarily from S&N as there is always a wealth of information available. It is good to know that items can still be purchased over the phone as I refuse to do online purchasing. The service I and my family have received from S&N cannot be bettered. Friendly, Helpful & Delivery so quick you have to be commended. These items were bought for my birthday so I have not yet had time to look at them but I know that my expectations from the material will be spot on.”

“My files were transferred FTM any problems ,I do find that the Roots Magic takes some time to get used to but once mastered ok However I find that sometimes when changing pages the program freezes but after a while it goes back to normal . What would help would be to view your relationship to you ancesters ie 7 times grand father as in FTM or I have not found how to find it yet”

“I bought both cd and DVD versions of the 1891 census and both orders arrived the following day. However when I opened the DVD, there was one missing. An email to the company and the missing disc was with me the day after. This sort of service is rare to find but appreciated by me.”
