“As always my order came in very good time, service always excellent. These are a present for one of my daughters who takes great pleasure in researching her family history. I really like the robust, heavy duty A4 sleeve pockets to store paperwork-more professional than the thin flimsy ones that easily tear. Well Done S and N.”

“I am extremely impressed by the communications and offers of help if needed. The explanations on how to use Roots Magic are also excellent. I have not yet set mine up but feel very confident about doing so knowing that there is so much support should I need it. I also like the selection of other goods that are on offer such as charts. I'm sure this will be a very good and helpful company to deal with. Would highly recommend.”

“I started with Roots Magic Essentials, upgrading to the full Roots Magic 3 programme, later upgrading to Roots Magic 4 and then to RM6. Having recently purchased new equipment I decided to install Roots Magic 7 from new rather than upgrading again. The new CD ordered from S&N Genealogy arrived within 48 hours of placing my order and transferring my files from the old computer (running RM 6) to the new computer was easy. I have found S&N Genealogy very helpful and willing to assist in the past and am happy to recommend the company to other researchers.”
